These terms govern all bookings, payments, image usage, and interactions with our services.

2. Booking & Payment

• To request a photoshoot, you must first reserve a date and time through the online calendar.
• Once your reservation is received, you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your chosen package and receive an invoice.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due after the photoshoot, before image delivery.
• Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or direct bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
• Your session is not officially confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.
• Cancellations: The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your date and preparation time.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Your session will begin at the scheduled time.
• If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to respect other clients.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be considered a no-show, and no refund of the deposit will be issued.

5. Weather Policy (Outdoor Shoots)

• In case of unfavorable weather conditions, we will work together to reschedule or find an alternative indoor location.
• No additional fees will apply for rescheduling due to weather.

6. Photoshoot Expectations

• Outfit changes are allowed but must be managed within the session time and discussed beforehand with the photographer.
• Any special requests (locations, props, etc.) must be discussed in advance.

7. Image Delivery & Editing

• After your photoshoot and once the remaining balance is paid, you will receive a proof gallery of unedited, watermarked images to review and select your favorites.
• After you make your selection, your edited final images will be delivered within 5–7 days in a private online gallery.
• Additional editing requests or extra images may incur an additional fee.

8. Copyright & Image Usage

• Photographer’s Rights: All images remain the intellectual property of Alexandra Contreras Coin Créatif and may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes (unless requested by the client to keep private).
• Client’s Rights: Clients receive high-resolution digital images for personal use (social media, printing, etc.).
• Commercial use or resale of images requires prior written consent and may involve additional fees.

9. Refunds & Satisfaction

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• No other payments are due until after the session, so no refunds apply unless an overpayment occurs.
• If you are unsatisfied with your images, please contact us — we will do our best to find a solution that ensures your satisfaction.

10. Liability & Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for unforeseen events (illness, accidents, weather, transportation issues) that may affect the shoot.
• In the rare event that the photographer is unable to fulfill the booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, or be offered a rescheduled session.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. We do not share your data with third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon being posted on our website.
