By booking a photoshoot or using our website ale-contreras.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms govern all bookings, payments, photo usage, and interactions with our services.
2. Booking & Payment
To secure your photoshoot, full payment is required at the time of booking via PayPal.
Your session is not confirmed until the payment has been successfully processed.
You can pay using a PayPal account or a credit/debit card (via PayPal).
Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your scheduled time at no extra charge.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Your session will begin at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other bookings.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Shoots)
If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will work together to reschedule or find an alternative indoor location.
6. Photoshoot Expectations
Outfit changes are allowed but should be managed within the session time.
Any special requests must be discussed before the session.
7. Image Delivery & Editing
The day after your photoshoot, you will receive a gallery of RAW, watermarked images to review and select the ones you’d like to have edited.
Edited images are delivered within 5-7 days via an online gallery.
Additional editing requests may be subject to an extra fee.
8. Copyright & Image Usage
Photographer's Rights: All images remain the intellectual property of Alexandra Contreras Coin Creatif and may be used for portfolio, website, and marketing.
Client's Rights: Clients receive high-resolution digital images for personal use (social media, printing, etc.).
Commercial use of images requires prior agreement and may incur additional fees.
9. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the nature of photography, refunds are only provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you are unsatisfied with your images, we will work with you to find a solution.
10. Liability & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for unforeseen events (illness, accidents, weather conditions) that may affect the shoot.
In extreme cases where the photographer cannot fulfill the booking, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
